• Username = your co-worker ID number (this is the number that appears on the back of your name badge).
• Password = your Social Security Number without the dashes (ex. 123456789). 

For security reasons, you will need to change your password the first time you log in. If you have already logged in and changed your password, use the password you have selected.

Please contact the US Shared Service Center at 1-877-212-4748, and select the option for "Benefits Advocacy." They are available to help Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 8:00 pm, EST.
